Placement and Career Counselling Cell of Adarsh College was formally inaugurated in 2010, although placement activities in the College have taken place regularly since 2004. The Placement Cell of the college has been conducting campus recruitment drives in which reputed multinational companies have participated and hired the students of the college. In the year 2009, the placement cell was awarded for highest joining in India by IBM Daksh.
The Placement and Career Counselling Cell also organizes pre-placement training programmers and interactive sessions by industry experts to prepare students for placement.
